I've used Dr. Hartman's block program on two occasions. Both before State and National competitions. I could not have been more prepared. I wholeheartedly endorse his work.
A lot of general ideas are introduced, but very little depth. If you have been lifting for at least a year you might find the read too short for any practical application.
Fantastic book by a fantastic coach. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a solid program for weightlifting.
